The headline deal: Hebert Real Estate Properties LLC paid $1.95M ($43/SF) for the Sunbelt Rentals building on Wooddale Boulevard. Retail led the week with four of the six sales, including an Exxon-branded gas station in Mid City bought by a Mississippi-based investor for $1.25M and a Government Street property across from the Electric Depot that a local investor bought for $550K.
