Land led the week with five of the twelve sales, including a convenience store owner's $1.25M purchase of the neighboring vacant lot at College Drive and Corporate Boulevard and the EBR Redevelopment Authority's $390K purchase of 3.35 acres at Plank Road and Choctaw Drive.
