Exxon-Kangaroo Express on Jefferson Highway sells for $5.31M
The April 4, 2022 issue covers eight commercial sales recorded across Baton Rouge the previous week, totaling $12.4M in disclosed volume. The headline deal: Lovango Too LLC, a California-based investor, paid $5.31M ($1,022/SF) for the new Exxon-Kangaroo Express on Jefferson Highway near the I-12 overpass. Industrial led the week with three of the eight sales, including Lewco Specialty Products' $1.8M purchase of a lot of more than nine acres with three industrial buildings near North Ardenwood Drive and Greenwell Springs Road, while Tower Capital Corporation bought more than 100 acres in Central off Lovett Road for $1.85M.
