The headline deal: Pony Down LLC, for Gulf Coast Occupational Medicine, paid $975K ($7.94/Land SF) for 2.8 acres on Airline Highway next to the company's facility. Land led the week with five of the nine sales, including a commercially zoned 4.8-acre lot on O'Neal Lane that sold for $700K and a vacant lot near the Baton Rouge Metropolitan Airport bought by Peregrin Visual for $370K.
