The June 13, 2022 issue covers nine commercial sales recorded across Baton Rouge the previous week. The headline deal: TDPFF Acquisitions LLC, for meal-solutions provider Focus Foods, bought a four-building industrial complex with cold storage, warehouse and office space on South Choctaw Drive. Industrial led the week with five of the nine sales, including a warehouse at Monterrey Boulevard and Mammoth Avenue bought by Associated Grocers, while the Bank of St. Francisville bought a former Investar Bank location on Highland Road.
