September 6, 2022- Baton Rouge, LA – Keagan Finley, Vice President, is pleased to announce the sale of a 7.196-acre tract near the corner of Siegen Lane and Perkins Road.
The seller in the transaction was the well-known local swim club, Crawfish Aquatics, and the buyer was a local developer who develops public charter schools for Building Hope, a national nonprofit organization.
