Embassy Suites on Constitution Ave sold
The December 19, 2022 issue covers nine commercial sales recorded across Baton Rouge the previous week. The headline deal: Montecristo Cigar Bar & Bistro LLC, the restaurant and bar's owner, bought its property on Howell Boulevard near the Baton Rouge airport. Retail led the week with six of the nine sales, including two Domino's Pizza restaurants, on Plank Road and on Greenwell Springs Road, that sold to California buyers, while New York-based Navika Capital bought the Embassy Suites by Hilton off Constitution Avenue near I-10.
