The headline deal: STANLEY LAFAYETTE OAKS LLC, a local investment group, bought the Oak Park Estates mobile home park on Eraste Landry Road. Land led the week with four of the fifteen sales, including a 1.77 acre pad site at Kaliste Saloom Road and Camellia Boulevard bought by FIDELITY BANK, while a Delaware-registered entity bought the Express Car Wash in Carencro.
