Columbia Gulf Transmission, LLC is proposing to access their existing pipeline rights-of-way (ROW) to perform an integrity dig inspection and repair along their East Lateral Line 200 pipeline (natural gas transmission pipeline). The access road leading to their existing ROW is off Anderson Road and is an existing agricultural two-track road. The proposed workspace within their ROW is approximately 100’L x 75’W with a proposed excavation size of 20’L x 15’W; this dig will be on the edge of a crop field that will likely be sugar cane. The existing grade will not change (i.e., the site will be returned to preconstruction contours and elevations), no new impervious surfaces or structures will be created/installed, and no additional fill will occur within the FEMA floodplain. |
