The November 20, 2023 issue covers three commercial sales recorded across Baton Rouge the previous week. The headline deal: Monkey See Monkey Do LLC, local investors and real estate agents Steve Davis Jr. and Lawrence Maestri, bought Perkins Palms, a mixed-use property with multifamily and retail space on Perkins Road. The other two sales were retail: a Shell-branded gas station at Plank Road and Main Street in Zachary, bought by a Hammond-based investor, and a carwash off Plank Road in Baker, bought by a Baker investor.
