Benji Azar is a Louisiana native and proud LSU graduate. Before joining ELIFIN^®, he acted as co-developer and consultant, primarily responsible for new business and real estate development throughout Louisiana’s largest markets – New Orleans and Baton Rouge.

His experience ranges from residential and commercial multi-family to hotels and restaurants where he consulted on business and brand development. He frequently advises clients in Value-Add Opportunities, 1031 Exchanges, HUD HOME and CDBG pools, LIHTC, and Opportunity Zone Investments. Throughout his career, he has consulted on $75 million in new residential and commercial developments.

When he isn’t working, you’ll typically find him running around New Orleans with his wife and three daughters or watching a Chelsea FC match.
