Challenge
The seller was ready to retire and needed more than just a buyer. He needed a clear and orderly path to closing. The property carried several encumbrances that created significant complexity, requiring full resolution before the transaction could be executed. Without a clean title, the deal could not close, and the seller’s retirement plans hung in the balance.
