Cole Hillberry specializes in Industrial Sales and Leasing across St. Tammany and Tangipahoa Parishes. A lifelong Northshore resident, Cole brings a strong understanding of the local market, business community, and the industries driving growth throughout the region.

Prior to joining ELIFIN®, Cole gained experience in commercial services, working directly with business owners and clients in sales, project coordination, and operations. His background has developed a professional, client-focused approach built around clear communication and execution.

Cole attended Louisiana State University, where he studied business. Outside of commercial real estate, he enjoys playing golf, attending LSU football and baseball games, and duck hunting.
