The headline deal: RED APPLE AT ST TAMMANY UPPER LLC, a Florida-based charter school company, paid $6.23M ($7.00/land SF) for a 20+ acre parcel on South Ochsner Boulevard in Covington, next to a tract it bought earlier this year. Land made up six of the 11 sales, and Ochsner bought its health center location in Slidell for $5M.
