After more than 20 years of stable ownership with the same tenant in place, an unexpected vacancy created an urgent situation for the building owner, who needed a fast and reliable solution for the property. The transaction moved forward quickly, going under contract and closing just 25 days later. The seller was able to exit the property in a timely and efficient manner, resolving the uncertainty created by the missing tenant. The buyer now plans to renovate and reinvest in the building, bringing new business activity to the site and contributing to the continued growth of the Kenner industrial market.
