Eighteen commercial sales closed across New Orleans and surrounding markets the week of September 28, 2026, totaling $14.4M in disclosed volume. The headline deal: Audubon Development LLC paid $4.5M ($158,928.57/unit) for a 28-unit multifamily property on Saint Charles Avenue. A strip center on Veterans Memorial Boulevard and two industrial properties within Elmwood Business Park drove investor activity, while the Harbor Freight Tools building on Lapalco Boulevard changed ownership and specialty retail and hospitality assets rounded out the week across the metro area.
