Jeff Barras is a Louisiana native with a passion for building teams, growing businesses, and solving problems that others overlook. With more than two decades of hands-on sales and operations leadership, Jeff has carved out a reputation as the kind of executive who doesn’t just set strategy from the corner office — he rolls up his sleeves and gets it done alongside his team. But before any of his professional accomplishments, Jeff will tell you that his greatest role is the one he plays at home — as a devoted husband and father of five.

A proud product of Louisiana’s academic tradition, Jeff earned his B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Northwestern Louisiana University before going on to complete his MBA at Louisiana State University.
