With a warm smile and a passion for organization, Lauren is dedicated to keeping the office running smoothly and efficiently. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, she takes pride in creating a welcoming environment and expertly managing incoming calls and front-desk operations.

Before joining our team, Lauren developed and facilitated the state’s first correctional cosmetology instructor program at the Louisiana Correctional Institute for Women, collaborating with state agencies for compliance and success. She successfully ran her own small business, giving her a strong foundation in customer service, multitasking, and problem-solving. Her entrepreneurial background brings a unique perspective and proactive mindset to her role as a receptionist.

Outside the office, she finds joy in music, art, and spending quality time with her family. Whether she’s enjoying a concert or hosting a family get-together, she values creativity and connection in every part of her life.
