Multifamily led the week with five of the twelve sales, including two more Algiers tax-credit rental portfolios bought by KND entities, 60 single-family houses for $3.5M and 43 for $2.8M, while the 167-unit Falstaff Apartments in Mid-City sold out of Freddie Mac's REO book with the price withheld.
