Russell and his family chose to put down roots in Baton Rouge, drawn to the work of building up local businesses. A software engineer by training with over seven years of experience, he went on to found an independent technology studio focused on AI tools, workflow automation, and operational systems for businesses across real estate, media, and healthcare.

At ELIFIN, Russell leads operations and technology. He owns the systems that keep the brokerage running, including its Salesforce CRM, commission workflows, transaction processing, and data, and drives the firm’s automation and AI initiatives across its Louisiana markets.

His aim is to turn ELIFIN’s data advantage into an everyday edge for its agents, freeing brokers to spend their time on clients and deals rather than paperwork.
