This transaction involved a net lease sale with multiple sophisticated parties. The tenant, Gerber, is a national credit tenant, and the buyer, Agree Realty, is a publicly traded REIT. As a result, the deal required navigating multiple layers of corporate bureaucracy, with both the buyer and tenant conducting meticulous reviews of every lease provision.

The complexity of the process required lease amendments, negotiated concessions, and careful coordination among all parties to keep the transaction moving forward.
