Hunter Thrasher specializes in Industrial Sales & Leasing in the Baton Rouge market. Prior to joining ELIFIN®, Hunter gained early exposure to real estate through land services work involving property research, ownership records, and client communication. This experience gave him a practical foundation in how property decisions are researched, evaluated, and executed.

Hunter is focused on serving industrial owners, tenants, and investors by combining strong market research, consistent outreach, and a relationship-driven approach to every opportunity. His competitive mindset, work ethic, and attention to detail help him understand client needs and work toward practical, results-focused solutions.

Outside of the office, Hunter enjoys training, spending time outdoors, fishing, and staying active with friends and family.
