Sixteen commercial sales closed across Baton Rouge and Ascension the week of September 7, 2026, totaling $72.1M in disclosed volume. The headline deal: Bluebonnet Reserve BR LLC, a Texas-based company, paid $62M ($191,358/unit) for Bluebonnet Reserve, a 324-unit multifamily property on Bluebonnet Boulevard. Multifamily assets and mixed-use development properties drove institutional investment, with regional operators acquiring automotive and retail properties across the market.
