Eight commercial sales closed across Baton Rouge and Ascension the week of August 24, 2026, totaling $12.4M in disclosed volume. The headline deal: Rush Truck Centers of Louisiana Inc, a Texas-based company, paid $7.4M ($132.43/SF) for a portfolio of three truck dealership properties spanning Baton Rouge and Lafayette. Land acquisitions and industrial assets drove the week’s momentum, with out-of-state buyers capturing four of eight deals.
