The headline deal: Honor Properties LLC, a local investor, paid $7M ($217/SF) for CK Office Park, a four-building office complex on six acres off Perkins Road near Highland Road. Retail led the week with seventeen of the twenty-seven sales, including eight Sonic locations bought by San Diego-based Realty Income and a Los Angeles-based investor at undisclosed prices, and three Circle K stores that Georgia-based Majors Management bought for $1.3M, $1.15M and $1.1M.
