The headline deal: MIMG CLIV Longridge Sub, LLC & MIMG LR4 Longridge, LLC, Colorado-based Monarch Investment and Management Group, paid $16M ($111,111/unit) for the Longridge Apartment complex at 11999 Longridge Avenue off South Sherwood Forest Boulevard. Monarch also bought the Dove Creek apartment complex off Airline Highway near Jefferson Highway for $14.9M, and Investar Bank bought the Southern Eye Center location on Jefferson Highway near Old Hammond Highway at an undisclosed price.
