The December 14, 2020 issue covers seven commercial sales recorded across Baton Rouge the previous week, totaling $28.9M in disclosed volume. The headline deal: MIMG CLXXIV Afton Oaks LLC, MIMG FWCO Afton Oaks LLC and D&J Afton Oaks LLC, for Colorado-based Monarch Investment and Management Group, paid $23.9M ($84,155/unit) for the 284-unit Afton Oaks Apartment Homes on Newcastle Avenue. Our Lady of the Lake Hospital, Inc. bought a medical office building near its regional medical center on Hennessy Boulevard for $970K, and an Atlanta-based firm acquired the 98-unit Northgate Apartments off Highland Road at an undisclosed price.
