The headline deal: Mansions on Perkins LLC, a local investor, bought Mansions in the Park, a 264-unit apartment complex on Perkins Road. Office led the week with seven of the seventeen sales, including the Louisiana Municipal Association's purchase of an office building on Perkins Road across from Pennington Biomedical Research Center, while a local developer bought more than 17 acres on Nicholson Drive near Ben Hur Road.
