The headline deal: Mohammad Alowda paid $625K ($159/SF) for the Advanced Car Care facility at 9625 Airline Highway near the Old Hammond intersection. The City of Zachary paid $500K for 21.38 acres northwest of the Zachary Walmart, and the DiGiulio Brothers owners bought the neighboring restaurant space used by Rama Thai Cuisine near the Perkins Road Overpass for $435K.
