The headline deal: a California-based investor paid $2.92M ($812/SF) for the building leased by Affordable Dentures at 3203 South Sherwood Forest Boulevard, on the corner of Justice Avenue. Retail led the week with four of the eight sales, including a local investor's $1.23M purchase of a former Circle K at Highland Road and Lee Drive, while Miami-based investors bought the 117-unit Aspen Apartments off Lobdell Boulevard at an undisclosed price.
