Multifamily and office each accounted for five of the sixteen sales, while Plantation Management Company, which owns and operates skilled nursing and assisted living facilities, bought more than 25 acres in Central and North Carolina-based Go Store It purchased the former Hobby Lobby at O'Neal Lane and I-12.
