The headline deal: Yellowhammer Partners LLC bought the Baton Rouge Vascular Access clinic facility at 505 East Airport Avenue. Baum's Bakery sold its building near Florida Boulevard and Wooddale Boulevard to a Lafayette-based LLC, and the Shiloh Apartments, a 14-unit complex in the Melrose East subdivision, sold.
