The headline deal: SSSF1 BR LLC, a Maryland-based investor, paid $11.1M for a portfolio of three self-storage facilities, a multi-building industrial property and a car wash, including 13030 South Choctaw Drive. Land and office each accounted for three of the eleven sales, while Dallas-based Netstreit paid $9.1M for the Best Buy at the Mall of Louisiana and Hammond-based Stoa Group bought more than 13 acres near I-12 and Millerville Road for $4M with plans for a 295-unit class A apartment community.
