The headline deal: 2544 Government Street Owner LLC, Hammond-based Aveda Salon partner Neill, paid $1.18M ($147/SF) for four commercial buildings and two residential properties on Government Street in Mid City. Industrial led the week with three of the seven sales, including three office/warehouse buildings off South Choctaw Drive that the owners of Assured Flooring and Countertops bought from Siemens Corporation for $839K, while Ivey Construction, LLC paid $300K for more than 72 acres near Greenwell Springs Road and Joor Road.
