The August 30, 2021 issue covers six commercial sales recorded across Baton Rouge the previous week, totaling $19.5M in disclosed volume. The headline deal: BBP Partners LLC, a Kentucky-based buyer, paid $17.2M ($127/SF) for Bluebonnet Parc, the Best Buy-anchored shopping center on Bluebonnet Boulevard next to the Mall of Louisiana. Office led the week with three of the six sales, including Stokes Psychological Services' $205K purchase of its Government Street office building in Mid City, while the owners of Cocha bought the restaurant's downtown location on North Sixth Street for $600K.
