The headline deal: Edge 7389 Florida Blvd LLC, New York-based investment firm Glacier Global Partners, paid $8M ($25/SF) for the Bon Carre Business Center at the corner of Florida Boulevard and Lobdell Boulevard. Office led the week with five of the ten sales, including the former Cenikor rehab facility off Constitution Avenue, bought by a New Jersey-based investor for $4.14M, while the Family Research Council, Inc paid $1.25M for the former site of Trinity Lutheran Church and Baton Rouge Lutheran school.
