The headline deal: Baton Rouge Boardwalk Hospitality Inc bought the Baymont by Wyndham Baton Rouge, a 52-unit hotel on Boardwalk Drive off South Sherwood Forest Boulevard. Office led the week with three of the eight sales, including a Picardy Avenue office building bought by real estate agent and investor George Waters, while a former church campus with a large pool sold in Central.
