77-Room hotel sells near BTR
The July 7, 2025 issue covers twelve commercial sales recorded across Baton Rouge and Ascension the previous week. The headline deal: Brothers Hospitality LLC bought a 77-room hotel property on Varsity Street across from the Baton Rouge Metropolitan Airport. Office led the week with five of the twelve sales, including a two-story office property in front of the Masjid Al-Rahman bought by the Islamic Center of Baton Rouge, while RRL Holdings LLC bought an 88+ acre parcel along Louisiana Highway 22 in Darrow.
