8-story office building on Florida Blvd sold
The July 3, 2023 issue covers nine commercial sales recorded across Baton Rouge the previous week. The headline deal: Jonathan Cheplak, a Nevada-based buyer, bought a commercially zoned lot of more than three acres on Perkins Road. Office led the week with four of the nine sales, including an eight-story office building designed by A. Hays Town near Florida Boulevard and Sharp Lane that sold to a local investor, while local investors bought more than 1.5 acres on Jefferson Highway.
