ALDI Grocery Buys Lot at Siegen and I-10
The July 25, 2022 issue covers eleven commercial sales recorded across Baton Rouge the previous week. The headline deal: Aldi Inc, the German-based grocery store chain, bought a lot at Siegen Lane and I-10 near the Siegen Lane Village Shopping Center. Land led the week with three of the eleven sales, including a vacant lot on Airline Highway near McClelland Drive bought by the Capital Area Transit System, while Pittsburgh-based Orbital Engineering bought an office on Lake Sherwood Avenue North.
