Apartment Sale to Virginia Firm
The July 18, 2022 issue covers six commercial sales recorded across Baton Rouge the previous week. The headline deal: BR1 Holdings LLC, a Virginia-based firm, bought The Bradshaw apartment complex on July Street near LSU's North Gates. Multifamily led with two of the six sales, including the 187-unit Jefferson Shadows Apartments near Jefferson Highway and Bluebonnet Boulevard, bought by Florida-based investors, while more than 130 acres in Zachary sold to a local investor.
