The headline deal: Louisiana Paradigm LLC, a local investor, paid $12M ($442/SF) for the Republic Finance building on Commerce Circle in Towne Center in a lease-back agreement. Retail led the week with four of the eleven sales, including Raising Cane's purchase of its Siegen Lane restaurant for $4.95M, while Chicago-based Walton Street Capital bought the Arlington Cottage apartment complex near LSU at a withheld price.
