The May 20, 2024 issue covers five commercial sales recorded across Baton Rouge and Ascension the previous week. The headline deal: Ascension Parish Government bought 7.5+ acres within an existing 14+ acre tract fronting Weber City Road in Gonzales. Land accounted for two of the five sales, the other an 8+ acre portion of a 15+ acre tract near the Louisiana Regional Airport bought by East Ascension Consolidated Gravity Drainage District 1, while Rose Hill Baptist Church sold its campus on North Acadian Thruway.
