The headline deal: SKR Real Estate LLC bought a collection of industrial properties, three warehouses and 2+ acres of land, on and just off Orice Roth Road in Gonzales. Office led the week with five of the twelve sales, while an Arkansas-based company bought the 100-room Ten Flags Inn motel on Airline Highway and the restaurant property occupied by Asian Pearl Chinese Restaurant on Main Street in Zachary sold.
