The February 27, 2023 issue covers six commercial sales recorded across Baton Rouge the previous week. The headline deal: AIDS Healthcare Foundation, a Los Angeles-based nonprofit, bought a medical office on Cumberland Place just off Goodwood Boulevard. Land led the week with three of the six sales, two of them commercially zoned land on One Calais Avenue off Essen Lane bought by a Lafayette-based real estate agent, while Balhoff Graphics bought Beyer Printing's office at Government Street and Franklin Street.
