The headline deal: Belfair Baptist Church, Inc bought an office building at Florida Boulevard and Cloud Drive. Office led the week with three of the five sales, including a Class A office building in the Oaks at Bluebonnet Parc office complex that sold and an office building in the Health District off I-10 that sold.
