Retail and office led with three sales each, as Gaming & Leisure Properties bought a building in the Belle of Baton Rouge complex for $2.8M, completing its sole ownership of the property, and the owner of Ruth's Chris Steakhouse bought the neighboring former Cort Furniture Rental property on Constitution Avenue for $2.6M.
