The headline deal: Magnolia Ridge Logistics Investment LLC paid $11M ($1.35/Land SF) for a 186+ acre tract of land on Woodbine Court in Prairieville. Land and retail accounted for three sales each, including the former Piccadilly location at Airline Highway and East Ascension Street in Gonzales, bought by Chick-fil-A for $2.5M, and a newly constructed Take 5 Oil Change at West Lee Drive and Burbank Drive, bought by a North Carolina-based investor for $1.48M.
