The headline deal: A P Dodson, LLC paid $950K ($93.56/SF) for the former Mike Anderson's restaurant property on Greenwell Springs Road. Retail, industrial and office accounted for two sales each, as the City of Central bought a gas station/automotive shop at the corner of Sullivan Road and Hooper Road for $760K and an industrial property on Cloverland Avenue off Siegen Lane sold for $552K.
