The February 6, 2023 issue covers eight commercial sales recorded across Baton Rouge the previous week. The headline deal: EJW Properties LLC, a local investor, bought an office building on 1.5 acres on Perkins Road. Office led the week with three of the eight sales, including the Windsor Court Office Plaza, bought by a Natchitoches-based buyer, while the City of Zachary bought nearly half an acre on Carpenter Road from the company that owns the Wendy's property on Main Street.
